Albright on now....
Edited on Tue Mar-23-04 09:55 AM by berner59
I love her... How forthcoming will this group seem vs. Bush's bunch??? These witnesses are under oath...how can they smear Clarke after that??

She is laying out what they tried to do...sounds like a lot to me... Sounds like everyone was doing something everyday. No wonder Clarke seemed manic during his Bush years. He was used to doing something EVERYDAY, not a meeting every few months...

1. She is doing great!
And you are SO right! What a sharp contrast between the truth and the bush administration's lies. We are watching an important chapter of our nation's history unfold.

2. The WH 'declined the invitation' for Condo-sleaze-a to appear...
how very evasive and telling of them...golly, can't have little piss'er'pants up there under oath, quaking and shaking and lying through her teeth...
And Chimpy's little display of arrogance on MTP still burns my toast.."I don't testify, see?" GEE, asswipe, why not???
It's so obvious that these filth have much to hide.
And their arguments against Clarke (and the Clinton administration, for that matter) just don't hold water; their own statements contradict themselves every time these idiots open their pie-holes.

her, and to call back anyone who testifies today and tomorrow.

16. That's an interesting question.
I think that while it is true that all Americans who are voting age are not home watching this, a significant % either are, or will see highlights & discussion of it on the news. From 2000, we know that the general public was/is fairly evenly divided. It's the undecided voters who will determine the outcome in November. Many of these people are becoming interested in the campaign now. And here we have Madeleine Albright, talking about sitting on an airplane with the caskets of Americans killed by terrorists, and talking to their families at home in our country. A stark contrast. She's testifying under oath, while Condi Rice refuses. A stark contrast. If you put a clean glass of water and a filthy glass of water in front of a thirsty person, they will usually take the clean glass. Be assured that Americans are thirsty. They want the truth. We are on a roll.

Edited on Tue Mar-23-04 10:11 AM by DancingBear
Making the point that terrorism, Bin Laden, etc. was an ONGOING discussion, and was updated daily (with Berger, Cohen, Tenet, etc.)

I can't wait for Powell to follow this.

21. Reagan's Navy secretary Lehman spinning on Clinton inaction.
Wrong wing spinning claiming Clinton did nothing against al CIAda. Trying to spin al CIAda links to Iraq.

The fact is that the rethugs would slam Clinton for doing anything against al CIAda anyway, since they were much more interested in prosecuting his penis.
