LIHOP & MIHOP DUers: How will Bush spin Al Qaeda has suitcase nukes story?

Now that Ayman al-Zawahri has let this cat out of the bag, how will the Bush Administration respond? Or does anyone think the Bush Administration is allowing this story to filter through the media as a trial balloon, much as they allowed Hannity to float the election suspension trial balloon last week?

I personally feel that September 11 was LIHOP, but that doesn't mean I feel that the Bush Administration is incapable of MIHOP in the future if their political future depends on it.

A suitcase nuke is not a suitcase. It's pretty big - more like a refrigerator nuke - and without regular, knowlegable maintenance it wouldn't be worth much after a few years.
