In memory of the Iraqi Civilians
who have suffered so much under Saddam, then 12 years of sanctions and US attacks, to Shock and Awe and then US Occupation.

Bu$h tells us this is good because now the Iraqi people are free? I don't know if I would call this freedom?

If you would like to see 100's of other pictures of Iraq freedom see the link below:

1. George's Response
Yeah, but we saved those Iraqianians from Saydam Ussin, didn't we. I mean, what's a bit of carnage and the death of 8000+ civilians, 500+ soldiers to get my votes up.

Besides, that's not carnage. You want carnage, you should have seen the mess I made on base in my week in the National Guard.

-------------

Perhaps I'm being a bit too cynical for 1:30pm (GMT).

2. I would call it "Crimes Against Humanity."
BFEE needs to be brought to justice.
Can you Imagine how peaceful the world would be today with out the US meddling in other countries internal affairs?

3. And how much money we would save
if we stopped spending billions destroying everything and focused on making the world a better place for everybody?

5. I imagine it would be about the same actually.
I'm not a proponent of the United States being the source of the world's misery.

6. Even if the US isn't the source of the world's misery
we are certainly responsible for the misery in Iraq? Of that's right, it's the Iraqis fault that we had to bomb the shit out of them.

7. Not to mention the shit load of other countries in which our tax dollars
Edited on Sat Mar-20-04 09:21 AM by SMIRKY_W_BINLADEN
have had a part in spreading more misery. You're right. You know, it's such an easy cop out to say we're not responsible for everything. Technically that's true. Maybe Samoa's problems have nothing to do with the US. But any of us here can mention at least 20 countries that we have destabilized. How much is enough?

4. George W. Bush is a murderer
The suffering he has brought to thousands can never be forgotten. May history number him among the hated tyrants--along with Hitler, Sadam, Stalin . . .

8. Again, a Catholic Prayer for the deceased
Edited on Sat Mar-20-04 09:37 AM by ih8thegop
(also posted in the thread memorializing our deceased soldiers)

I know, most of the Iraqi civilians killerd were Muslims, but...

Rest and Peace Grant Unto Them, O Lord, and May Perpetual Light Shine Upon Them.

In the Name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Spirit.

Amen.

9. Wouldn't just a prayer
be enough?

I know you mean well, but is a catholic prayer better or more powerful than anyone else's prayer?
