Who would I write to
Senater, Representative, both; if I were to draft a letter about letting the Patriot Act expire, not get renewed. Who would it be?

All you have to do is type in your zip code and the names and office addresses of your reps will be there. They always like handwritten letters better.

The House would vote on it first. Then the Senate. I would do both.

6. I've sometimes gotten good responses to email

Anything with a time limit, you might want to send well in advance if you're using snail mail: I've heard it can sometimes take a long time clearing security.
