The Magnitude of Gods "Aquarium/Terrarium"
In this context, "God" is the term of the Force attributed to creating the Big Bang and beyond, meaning, other possible BBs.

Our visible Universe: Approx 15 Billion light years to the most distant quasars, or about 25 to 30 billion light years in Diameter.

On one scale, "God" stands/sits in the middle of a round room to observe the creation in the form of circular "tank" which contains our Universe. "God" is able to see from one end of the Universe to the other almost instantly. Our Milky Way Galaxy would be approx one tiny grain of sand and our solar system a microbe on that same grain/sand. We Humans even much smaller.

On the Other scale, "God" is in the same room but the tank is filled with many Universes, including ours. Big Bangs occur in this tank frequently. Obviously the scale is so huge the man on the street can barely comprehend the magnitude.

On the Sci Fi Scale, "God" is a "15 year old student" and the experiment/project is the Poly-verse Tank Room. The object is to see what emerges from the "soup". What "Force" will evolve to acheive inter Galatic, inter Verse travel amd yet keep the "Tank" Healthy as in an aquarium owned by a 15 year old kid here on Earth.

If we can keep our aquariums healthy, we can keep our Earth sustainable/healthy too.

Our brain can be compared to the sperm guy going for the gold up the Fallopian Tube. We had no idea where the Hell we were going.

This thread is meant to promote thinking beyond our stars and yet to see the relationship simplicity of the small has to offer.

Come, we go dream of Realms beyond Fallopia

1. M-Theory
M-Theory suggests something akin to your second theory. That there are a multiplicity of universes all with their own parameters and laws depending on how their flux initiated them. It more than satisfies the querries on the part of the anthropomorphosists that ask why this particular universe is so well suited to life arising.

The question I would put back to you is why do you suggest the necessity of an abserver in this equation? Why does the entirety of existance demand an observer? Why do so many believe there has to be intent? It creates an endless line of unanswered questions. Who is watching the watcher? Who created the watcher? Why did they create the watcher? Who created the creator of the watcher?

2. For the answers, we must travel beyond Fallopia. Only then will
we get the true picture of The Ultimate Realm.

We are but microbes in a Petri Dish who haven't the foggiest notion
of anything but the Point spread of the next Redskins/Cowboys game.

3. Who's "WE," white man?
Our lives are determined by what we pay attention to. The quality of our lives is determined by the quality of our attention to them.

To elaborate a little bit without going too far, the point is that "attention," "consciousness," and "awareness" through our various modes is no more static or fixed or set in stone than is, for example, our physiology. It can and does change through time. More to the point, with intention it can be changed in a certain direction. Just as one can develop one's body through proper nutrition and exercise, one can develop one's psyche (this term used here to include all the faculties of awareness: sensation, feeling and thought, for example) through the intentional application of certain exercises and the intentional direction of attention to INCLUDE more of what ever may be taking place, both inwardly and outwardly, at any given moment.

We may be "microbes in a Petri Dish who haven't the foggiest notion of anything..." but we HAVE (now) the POTENTIAL to BE qualitatively more CONSCIOUS than we are.

5. Everybody plays God.
Few realize it.

AGP (Another Great Post), opihimoimoi. It is to enjoy the idea that our minds are capable of considering the micro and the macro and the cheerleaders. Wonder-full.
