Is the reason a lot of people call Bush "chimp" because they think he look

in the face like a chimpanzee or because he walks with his arms dangling in an odd sort of way.

I'm about half serious on this question. I thought it was because he looked like a monkey until I noticed the arm part. I got to thinking: I bet everybody else already noticed the arms, and here I am a day late and a dollar short.
