Anyone else see O'Reilly sparring w/ Matt Lauer on Today?
Matt handled himself pretty well. O'Reilly was being typically overbearing and full of himself...

Matt got after O'Reilly for taking a shot at him in his last waste of tree bark...

5. Bill O'Reilly
I wanted to watch this but I had to go to work. I don't understand why a classy show like "Today" (which I have been watching every morning since Dave Garroway was on)would ask Bill O'Reilly to appear.

6. Blustery idiot...
One thing the right wing does that the left should learn how to do is to speak with certainty. These guys are 100% right 100% of the time. The left always tries to allow for differing of subtleties among viewpoints and they get killed in the public arena. That's why Kerry's remarks last night were so powerful - they were TRUE and left those guys asking for...an apology. Yeah, right after Bush apologizes to McCain for S.C.

7. Can't remember every word....
Matt asked him why Bush uses 9-11 coffin images in his ads, but doesn't allow caskets returning from Iraq and Afghanistan to be photographed. All O'Reilly could muster was "All politicians are crooks."

:puke:

8. yes, that was a very telling moment
Lauer basically asked O'Reilly that he thought it ok for there to be this double standard for Bush, to which O'REilly said yes. What a maroon!!
