Atlanta lost jobs after all...
...and this was one of the top cities for job growth according to a recent survey? :eyes:

It turns out that 2003 was tougher for job seekers than state officials had believed: Metro Atlanta ended the year with about 84,200 fewer jobs than first thought.


Instead of enjoying an increase of 67,900 jobs during the year — which appeared to make the area a national leader in job creation — metro Atlanta actually lost 16,800 jobs, the Georgia Labor Department said Wednesday.....

they didn't count those 'manufacturing sector' jobs at McDonalds. RECOUNT, RECOUNT!

2. While Ga probably will vote Bush
Bush beat Gore here by 300,000 votes. The more job loses, IMHO the less votes for Bush in 04.

3. My company has reduced ranks in Atlanta by over a thousand...
25,000+ world wide.

Moved 3000+ to India for clients.

Working on moving thousands more abroad for other clients.

Ten-thousand more years of purgatory for me.
