2. Tenet knows enough to have turned the CIA loose on the NeoCons...
...how and why do you think all of those leaks about the NeoCons are making it into the mainstream media? Do a google search on Operation Mockingbird and tell me what you find out.

Tenet also warned Bush against using certain phrases in his State of the Union address, and he also warned Powell against using certain language in his address to the UN.

Tenet also gave permission for the former CIA officers to speak publicly about what happened to Valerie Plame and the fact that they wanted someone to hang for it.

And now he's bringing the spotlight to bear on one of the groups responsible for getting us into the Iraqi mess.

I don't get all of this animosity toward Tenet...what else would you and others have him do?

3. How about resign?
How could he have NOT known they were politicizing intelligence to justify going to war in Iraq?

Before the war on Democracy Now Ray McGovern was blowing the whistle about what was going on at CIA.

How is it that we knew about OSP yet Tenet did nothing to stop the stovepiping of bogus intel to the White House?

How is it that Scott Ritter has turned out to be completely correct?

4. Kerry's cuts
Too bad Kerry didn't get to cut the CIA budget when he wanted. Maybe we could have gotten rid of Tenet then with a little downsizing.
