Bush and Post 911

Okay, this post is not about Bush failures before 911. That we have gone into in great detail even though the so-called "liberal" media does not want to address it. But for the life of me I cannot figure out why the media assumes that Bush was so great on 911 and weeks after as a great leader that brought our country together. What exactly did Bush do that any other tenant in the WH would not have done? As a matter of fact, I remember on 911 watching Peter Jennings and he kept saying, "we need to hear a comment from the President, where is he?" Well we all know now that he was flying around the country looking out for his own safety (and there was never any threat against air force one). Finally Bush came out with a statement that was on video tape like the Bin Laden tapes....haha!

And please be objective here....if you think Bush showed leadership on 911 and weeks after please tell me why. But any president with half a brain would have gone to ground zero and attacked al Qaeda and the Talliban in Aghanistan. I mean i cannot imagine any president not going to ground zero and deciding after 3000 of our people have died not to attack back the enemy. No one in their right mind would have done this.

So what exactly does the "liberal" media mean when they say over and over that Bush showed great leadership on 911 and that was his defining moment? The media makes this statement like it is a fact and of course the spineless democrats let it go. Big shock there, right? Even James Carville today on Meet thr press said the President was great on 911. WTF?
