So now we're hearing that the Iraqi interim constitution will be signed tomorrow. That was no mistake on Friday. I mean they had the pens out, the children singing, and the world media in place. And just minutes before the ceremony 5 decide not to sign? I don't think so.
Here are the questions What exactly happened on Friday? Will it be signed on Monday?
