My new conclusions about a Bin Laden capture.
I am starting to think that it will not matter when Bush captures Bin Laden. The antipathy will still be there. Everybody is concerned about jobs and the economy. Things are not improving for them. After reading the post about Ohio. I don't think people will be swayed that much. Nonetheless, the Democrats need to have a contingency plan in case Bush succeeds in getting Bin Laden. We cannot be arrogant. But the antipathy did not go away with Hussein, it will not go away with Bin Laden. People do not want 9/11 thrown back in their faces. They want to move on and put their lives back together and work good jobs. They want a president they can respect. Not an overgrown frat boy.

2. This is why the Dems need to be vigilant.
The Democrats need to convince everybody that Bush capturing Bin Laden means nothing for the future of Americans. Getting Bush out means everything. The Antipathy will not go away, people may reluctantly vote Bush just because he looks like he is getting "results" on the war on terror. We Democrats need to tell the American people that we can do better for them. Both on the foreign policy front and the domestic front.
