It needs an announcer reading the refuting captions, otherwise, lots of "less tuned in" people will mistake this for a PRO Bush ad, especially if they just listen to it, and if they haven't been following the real facts.

THOSE are the people this campaign needs to reach... it wouldn't be as artsy, but I don't think it's safe to count on "finesse" this time around. You know the Repug ads are going to hammer every lie like a 10-penny nail.

I'd also move the "200,000 veterans cut" up to the top of the list, since military/veterans/etc is what * is strong on (although I know lots of pissed off veterans). His treatment of veterans is something he can and should be hammered with, just as the Republicans will no doubt hammer the Dem with every possible allegation of infidelity imaginable.

12. I love how they manipulate the facts

If anyone bothered to read Kerry's testimony to Congress, they'd realize he was REPEATING what veterans ADMITTED to doing. I say let them continue bashing veterans. When I hear a wingnut question Kerry's military history, I ask them if they're going to be equally as insulting to the troops in Iraq today. That shuts them up every time.
