Called GE Regarding A Dental Claim - Service Rep. In India
Edited on Tue Feb-24-04 03:50 PM by otohara
There is no fucking way this woman could have answered my question about this particular claim. I bet she would have had to put me on hold, and phoned a supervisor in MA.

So I look up their web site, call someone who works for GE Financial in AMERICA - they have no other numbers, but India.

I guess I'll write a letter. Unless they reroute it to India.

4. MCI reps in India can't understand the error on my billing
3 calls lasting a total of over 2 hours---I cannot make them understand the problem because they have good English but its limited---I asked for a supervisor and was told there are none. I called one more time, they said they would investigate and notify me in 10 days which today they did: or, rather, their collection agency did. One problem with the "joys" of outsourcing is that if it is not a simple transaction, language is still sometimes a problem

I've tried since last fall to speak to anyone able to understand that this error is not only not mine, but that they can easily check to see that I cannot have the business lines they billed me for in my little house (btw: claimed I have 16 lines and a 7,000 phone bill for August of last year). There is neither the equipment nor the capacity for it on this house.

Sue away you pirates!
