When will Bush declare martial law?

In 2000 he used the Supreme Court and his Poppy's buddies on it to get into the White House. Now he is the first President to use the Constitution for political purposes. Is it too outlandish to believe that if it looks like he might lose this 2004 election he will devise the imminent threat of a terrorist attack and declare martial law, cancelling the election? I do believe he is the face of evil and would actually do this. He will NOT allow himself to be thrown out of office, no matter what it might take.

4. first off, he's hardly the first president

to use the constitution for political purposes. Or constitutional amendments for political purposes, so don't get all worked up about thet.

second off, he's not going to declare martial law. What army, exactly, is he going to use to enforce martial law? the one tied up in Iraq? or the one based in Germany? or the one based in Japan/South Korea? THe resources don't exist, at this time, or in the forseeable future, to enfore martial law on an armed population. Turn your attention to real threats, not this imaginary and far fetched absurdity.
