From what I have learned on the net, Stewart is charged with having lied to investigators about a transaction, BUT she has not be charged with anything based on that transaction.
She said she did not get inside information, and she HASN'T been charged with having RECEIVED inside information, but she has been charged with saying she didn't!
That's like accusing someone of burglary, then when they deny it, charging them with lying but NOT charging them with burglary. If that person is lying, then they should be charged with burglary. However if there is insufficient evidence to charge that person with burglary, how on earth could there be sufficient evidence to charge them for lying about it?
