Should I burn Michael Savage's New Book, the Enemey Within?

I picked up Michael Savage's book, for shits and giggles, and let me say...that's the biggest mistake of my life.

I wish that guy would fall into a woodchipper.

So I'm asking you DU, should I burn it? (I'll post the pics) Or is there anything else creative I can do?

but take it back to one of the big chain stores. Tell them you bought it at their store. That way Savage won't have a sale, you won't be out any money and the evil empire will be stuck with a book they can't sell (hopefully can't sell).

to neatly counter all his "arguments" (which should not be too hard) in ink on every page throughout the book. 'Must be readable and include some references or valid links to further information. Then donate the newly inscribed and notated book to a public book exchange (e.g., neighborhood coffee house) where you know REPUGS will frequent.

That and promise to see a health care provider should the urge to buy another one of Savage's books or those of any of the other RW ilck in the future.

Then, take a long cleansing shower!

17. Atone by giving equal amount of cash to a worthy cause.

First of all, you naughty Blue Knight, why did you send your hard-earned cash Savage's way? No, no!

I suggest you find some way to atone. Perhaps you can work on a get-out-the vote effort, volunteer, or send money to a cause that is peaceful and honorable (an educational or literacy program, a house of worship, a food bank, a shelter, a clinic, etc.).

And engage narrow-minded folk in sensible discussions about the issues. Don't let the Savage mind-set spread!

18. A suggestion..

If you want to read right-wing books for a laugh, don't give extra money to the author or publisher. You can borrow it from your local library (risking a disapproving look from your librarian) or if you have newsgroup access , check alt.binaries.e-book. The right wing books get posted sooner than the left-wing books and you can download them without anyone else knowing what you are reading.

With that said I think Weiner is one of the most vile people on radio today.. His book is an insult to toilet paper..I still have faith that we should let people decide and think for themselves..
