my first iMovie, showing DISSENT in KC
Edited on Sun Feb-15-04 08:48 PM by graphixtech
Published my first iMovie project today.
(new iMovie showing Kansas City's leading 911 Visibility actions)
http://homepage.mac.com/snapshots1/iMovieTheater1.html

Since the corporate press chooses to ignore growing citizen Dissent, we each must take it upon ourselves to essentially become the press.

Seems that the jig is nearly up with the collective press though, with a majority of Americans quickly losing their trust in America's media through their continual Republican bias and misrepresentations.

I am continually surprised to see so very few people with cameras or camcorders at important events. Please take your cameras along to your next protest and publish them independently.

--------------------
Sunday, Feb. 22nd, a historic event will take place in
Kansas City. 9-11 widow, Ellen Mariani, whose husband Neil was
killed in the WTC attacks of 9-11-2001, will be in Kansas City
throughout the day to share her dramatic story with the
Midwest. She will be joined by the former Deputy Attorney General of
Pennsylvania, Phil Berg, who is representing Ellen in this historic
case vs. Bush et al.

Ellen Mariani and her attorney will spend the entire day of Sunday, February 22 in Kansas City.
Featured Events:
- 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM - Unity Temple on the Plaza at
707 W. 47th Street. Accompanying her will be her
attorney, Philip Berg, former Deputy Attorney General
of Pennsylvania.
- 4:00 PM she will be at the KC Iraq Task Force Vigil at the the
Plaza Fountains at 47th Street and Main.

2. one important observation
I will share, is that there were more honks in support at this Saturday's protest than I have ever heard before.

The protesters were holding similar signs to those in the movie, so I take this as a healthy sign that change is in the air. This Sunday's Ellen Mariani KC event should be VERY interesting.
