I'm registered Green, Do I get to vote in the primary?
If not, anyone know if it's too late to switch and how? I assume that I don't, due to me not recieving a ballot recentely or any documentation.

Any help would be great. Thx!!!!

5. Varies from state to state....
Some states have open primaries, where you can vote for whoever you want. Some states require you to vote along party lines. In California, a Green would have to re-regsister as a Democrat by Feb 17th, in order to vote for a Dem candidate.

6. Found it.......
Democrats and Republicans hold closed primaries, which keep nonaffiliated and minor party members from voting for candidates in the two major parties.

21 days before election. but still don't know how.
