8. You forgot the golden rule:

What is wrong when any other country does something suddenly becomes right and necessary when Israel does it. Israel is special, and bound by its own rules, or no rules at all, as the mood strikes it and most of its supporters.

Besides, this story mentions Human Rights Watch and Amnesty International, and those groups are viciously biased against Israel, along with the UN and every country in the world, except the US, Micronesia, Marshall Islands, and mighty Tuvalu. Therefore, this whole issue is irrelevant, because it was obviously sparked by anti-Israeli bias, not any genuine interest in human rights. Poor Israel, victimized again by bias, when all they are doing is trying to play their part in the war on terra.
