This is against everything I believe in on about privacy of the individual. The ACLU is showing they can be non-partisan by standing up for this breach of personal rights. I doubt rushhead will appreciate them much for it though.

I find it funny that conservatives assume that the ACLU is only for liberals. It does have a left-libertarian orientation, but it will help people who disagree with it its ideals if said ideals are being violated in such a way as to negatively affect said people.

3. You may support the medical records aspect but do you really support

Rush? I would certainly hope not. I feel that it will be hard to make distinctions regarding medical privacy when it comes to UAs and breath tests and DNA tests. All could be considered medical or at least privacy infractions.

These are also privacy issues. Ones used to fight crime and determine paternity also the drug tests that government is demanding of everyone. These could easily be considered "medical". If the police can not use medical records then they should not be allowed to use any of these "medical" procedures. IMHO
