2. Back, right before 9/11

Im trying to wrap my mind around this...there was supposed to be a large Democratic conference in Florida, to address the issues of the stolen election...I was ready to book a flight down to be at that conference as an audience participant..
This conference was scheduled to happen about a week before 9/11 happened...I wish I could remember what the conference was, the name of it..
As painful as it is, LIHOP and even MIHOP make sense to me..the US has lied throughout history so many times .

The media folk who were done counting the votes were ready to issue their findings that if all the votes were counted, Gore would have been officially declared the winner in Florida.

Maybe that is the conference you were thinking of? As it happened, the news was suppressed for several weeks and only let out of the bag well after 9/11.
