U.S. Military 'Sure' of Catching Bin Laden This Year

This really piqued my interest after reading some posts here and there about them trotting out bin laden for the election. It's not so tinfoil after all.

announcing that they "will find him" by the end of the year makes no sense. Why would they show their hand this early?
