Need help re: Republican party offshore call centers

I remember reading here that the Republican party moved their call center to India or somewhere.

Does anyone have a link to this information?
I told some of my co-workers and they were shocked, horrified, and wanted to see the proof of it themselves.

outsourcing overseas. He needs to get this info, and if he does not mention it - everyone needs to start sending in emails about it! We'd first better be sure the democrats are not doing the same thing though!! Any way to check?

4. My chance to rant about a pet peeve!

I hate the term "off shore". An oil rig in the North Sea is "off shore", a ship in Lake Superior if "off shore". Me floating on an air mattress in a lake is "off shore". India is not off shore.

I assume the expression began as a way of clouding what is really meant. Better to say the "call center is off shore" rather than, "we've sent these jobs to another country".

Another one I hate is "preowned" just say "used" for God's sake. (I also hate saying "utilize" when "use" will do.)
