United We Stand--A better poster?
I am so sick and freaking tired of those "United We Stand" posters with American flags all over them. It perpetuates the "U.S." against "them" mentality of this administration.

So I was thinking it would be cool if there were a poster that said "United We Stand" and had flags from peace-loving nations and/or images of people from those nations instead of just an American flag. Perhaps the little flag images could circle around the planet Earth. I don't have the talent to create this image and I haven't been able to find one. Does something similar exist?

1. this would be much more positive
and get us back on track to nurturing instead of stomping on every alliance, large or small, in our path.

I'm unskilled at imaging as well, but can visualize the beautiful poster you describe!

2. Sounds like a great idea.
Maybe you should try to get some progressive organizations to back this.

5. How about this one?
United We Stand?

Yeah! Like in 1860!

I always think that and have sometimes been known to shout it at cars with those stupid stickers.

We couldn't be more disunited unless we were fighting in the streets as our great-granchildren may, or gathered huddled together surreptitiously in basements, as they speak in hushed tones about the Imperial Ususrpation of Liberty, which is the only other choice.

We couldn't be more disunited.

6. Thanks
I'll try to piece together something on my own. If it's ever transmittable, I'll transmit it to y'all on DU (even if it's just a digital photo of my creation).
