Instead of LIHOP, why not WLIHOP?

Instead of just plain old "Let It Happen On Purpose," which actually sounds kind of like a request, we could add the acting agent: "Dubya (W) Let It Happen On Purpose."

This sounds less like an entreaty, and puts the blame squarely where it belongs.

He might have known but this was not his idea. I think it is important for people to understand getting rid of W will not even come close to solving the problem.

He is just the sock puppet they knew they could count on to not blow the lid off the plan.

3. The more I learn about 9/11 the more I think

MIHOP was the order of the day. The problem was that the administration had no real plan on how to do what they wanted to do after 9/11. Mostly they were interested in was oil/money and now to keep their ill gotten gains.
