Dem primary comingup in March. thiswill be a special election, but I think it depends on the amount of votes cast. But still there will be plenty of angry dems.. to fill your petition sheet.

. . . will require the signature of 12% of the number of votes cast in the special election to be held October 7.

That's in the California state constitution.

3. just keep recalling the repukes till the state removes the law, every

election would have less turnout and be easier to do every 4 months... till they take it out of the constitution.
