2. they just teased it again.....I'll bet it's late in the hour
got to find a blank tape

what did you say in your email?

I asked for suggestions in another thread.....no response

it would be GREAT to get some concise, biting statements/questions for MSNBC

collective consciousness and all that

10. "what we now know is that President Bush is extremely disengaged..........
in almost all meetings, not just cabinet.

he never asked why....just sat there.

15. somebody mentioned that yesterday......he's too transparent to
be Chauncey Gardner....too obvious that there's no there there.

although the willingness of his underlings to hang on his every pearl is even more disconcerting.

I'll bet that, outside of the top few, like Rove, Card, Cheney, everyone else takes it with a smile. the above three don't take it, though, as they're the ones pulling the strings

BTW

shows already over

I caught two minutes, starting with:

ONeill asked for what was his due (regarding documents, I think), and they gave him what he asked for

anyone else catch what they said before that?

it looks like the interview w/Suskind was prerecorded, maybe for the Today Show, as someone mentioned.

14. Focused on WMD
As a member of the NSC, O'Neill got every memo, etc. relating to Iraq. NOTHING he ever saw was "evidence" that Iraq possesed Weapons of Mass Destruction. There was a little more of that....It was basically a quick hit thing though.

13. Suskind is a superb communicator
Notice how he hits home a couple points and hits them hard. He's prepared--and talented.

Thanks for posting this, buycitgo--I would have missed it if I hadn't been doing my late afternoon scan of the headlines.

20. MSNBC is going after ONeill now
talking about the "secret" document from 60 Minutes

showing the quote of * from Mexico

I sure hope CSPAN runs this press conference, as his response to this was one long, rambling example of his typical incoherence
