1. Of all you listed
I believe only one (ABM) was ever ratified by the US Senate as required by the Constitution, and that one had a provision for withdrawing, which was properly and legally exercised.

And little known, or often forgotten is that the US Senate voted 98-0 against the Kyoto treaty. 98-0!

3. So, are you saying that this is a good thing? I get the strong idea you
are defending the person who has done the most to put our country in even greater peril to terrorists, nuclear weapons, pollutants and economic losses than any outside force by being an uneducated, arrogant, pompous fool who thinks we can live on this planet without the help and support of other countries (except for their cheap labor, of course).

2. Don't forget the U.N. Charter and the Geneva Conventions...
...both of which we use to wipe our feet with, these days.

4. Don't leave out the IMF, who said today that the Bush
deficits are an alarm signal and could potentially jeopardize world economic growth.

As with the UN, apparently the IMF is only relevant when they are kowtowing to the Bush cabal.
