Bush over prepared for debate?

I was trying to cast my vote for the VP who won poll over at fox news website and saw this article by Brit Hume.

I have a hard time thinking the worst President in American history did something as achievement oriented as "over preparing". Doesn't fit his half ass, greedy, slacker, sociopathic life story.
