1. It's all bullshit
There are no jobs because there aren't enough customers to support them.

Demand drives jobs and it doesn't matter how much money some plutocrat has managed to hoard. If there aren't a bunch of poor folks with money ready to buy goods and services, that rich guy isn't going to part with a dime to create them.
