Where I'd agree: a close watch must be kept on what the U.S., and other NATO countries, do henceforward.

3. You are always gonna find people
celebrating the destruction of their country. That didnt come out right, I should say instead, who wouldn't celebrate an army with guns conquering their country? you dont want to be mistaken as being loyal to be defeated administration, hell even I would be celebrating in the streets if China or Russia somehow defeated the US. But just like in the case of Iraq, they would regain their senses once they realize the scale of the destruction and the new tyrants start imposing their neo liberal policies on them.

I lived under a dictatorship for 17yrs of my life, a dictatorship far worse than Libya and I can tell you one thing from my experience and that is that war was that last thing I could have wanted during that 17yrs. Juan Cole is drinking the coolaid from the MIC and the warmongers incharge
