The only way there is going to be anything done in Washington with the divide the way it is now is with one party rule. Bipartisonship is completely broken down and won't happen. So who exactly would be more effective?

Perhaps, but it also will require a change in how things are voted for in congress. If you want to fillabuster, go right ahead. But, expect to REALLY stand there for the duration. The threat of fillabuster is gone. It's either the real deal or no deal. Also, no more of this super majority crap. Majority vote only! No more whining you either won the election or you didn't. If you didn't, wait till next election and see if "we the people" agree with your agenda. Also, the only single party rule I want to see is a democratic party devoid of special interests and blue dogs!
