I thought they didn’t believe in courts, government agencies, and all that jazz. But tomorrow is the Big Day for American Grand Jury whackos. They’ve taken their Resentments everywhere they can go and nobody’s listening, so they will be having the President, Congress, the media, and Howard Dean arrested. If that doesn’t happen, look out! The FBI will be guilty of MISPRISION OF TREASON! Oh, wait, since the FBI has been served already, that means they are already misprisioning and they are already guilty. I guess those militias will just have to come down out of them thar hills and take the FBI into custody.

Get ready for the gathering storm.

Starting Friday, the 21st of Aug. we will begin contacting U.S. Marshall’s and the FBI concerning the lack of response to the Criminal Complaints sent to U.S. Attorneys.

In addition, we will begin to contact your State’s bureau of Investigation, Sheriff’s and where applicable, Constables to demand arrest of those Senators and Representatives in your State who are now guilty of MISPRISION OF TREASON!

Those of you who sent the Criminal Complaints to your US Atty’s need to now follow that up with these demands.

Everyone else can work with your State officials and demand the same concerning your US Senators and Representatives in the US Congress.

Meanwhile, they’ve petitioned the US District Court for the District of Columbia for a Federal Grand Jury (a real one, if possible). You can read all lying 181 pages of it, if you want.

I am sure Judge Lamberth was happy to have it. The last time this low down bunch of treasonous bastards tangled with him, this is what they got.

“The individuals who have made this presentment were not convened by this court to sit as a grand jury nor have they been selected at random from a fair cross section of this district,” the judge wrote. “Any self-styled indictment or presentment issued by such a group has no force under the Constitution or laws of the United States.”

What about “a fair cross section of this district” is so hard to understand?

3. These "freemen" style wackos clog the courts with their

bogus paperhanging. That is their main effect on things. Other than that, they are seen by virtually everyone as kooks and wierdos.

The problem is that many of them are also militia types and potentially dangerous on that side of things. The militias have lots of people watching them, though, and generally militias satisfy themselves by bogus training manurevers and by drinking copious amounts of alcohol.

The really dangerous people are tenuously connected to both groups. Even the wackos recognize them as REAL wackos, so they're not leaders. But...rejected by everyone, they pose real risks. Identifying and watching these types is pretty important, I think. They're the ones who act on their own and without warning.
