Please don't consider this as a hostile response---it's not. But, I DO think that it "accomplishes something" when we say, out loud or in print, that Mr. Novak, aka, "The Prince of Darkness", was a liar. Speaking the truth---to power or to a stranger at the bus stop---always accomplishes something and is especially worthwhile when it corrects a "popular" untruth or misconception.

Robert Novak was a liar.
Sarah Palin IS a liar.
George W. Bush was an incompetent, shallow, mean-spirited and small person---"Worst President Ever"!
Ronald Reagan was an excellent bullshitter, but a mediocre (at best) president.
Today's GOP would happily see thousands of uninsured people die if defeating healthcare meant regaining a majority in Congress and the Whitehouse in 2012.

See? It's actually sort of liberating once you get used to it.

view on this. I guess it just depends on my mood. :7 I usually don't comment/lecture/whatever on posts like this (and I definitely don't get involved since I've learned I can get TOO involved), but sometimes I'm just in a Rodney King let's all just get along mood, expansive, seeing the big picture, feeling enlightened, and feel compelled to spread my wisdom and love. Those moments are few and far between, thankfully, and I'm back to normal now. :hi;

PS and I must disagree with your view of Reagan -- I think he did severe damage to our country and our citizens. Totally agree with all the others, though.
