Santorum/Palin in 2012!
Rick Santorum, he of the frothy mixture, is planning appearances in Iowa, which just might set up a dream ticket for the GOP in 2012, Palin/Santorum or Santorum/Palin. Comedians are rejoicing today, as are Democrats.

4. I know
Maybe the Jindal/Bachman ticket could challenge them. That way Bobby has some whackdoodle on his side.

12. No, no, no...
it needs to be Palin / Bachmann. They draw most of their support from horny guys anyway, so they need to run together to maximize their support among the Ann Coulter- and Michelle Malkin-worshipping base.

6. I'm willing for her to take the lead
Santorum only has a frothy residue of a political career anyway.

11. Santorum will not be the nominee.
He'd have had a shot had he won his reelection, but America has no love for a loser. McCain / Palin lost, but the presidential candidate, not the vp, is considered the loser. I doubt a guy who got blown out as Santorum did would even be considered for vp: what does he bring to the ticket electorally?
