There has been an arms race to develop killer viri that attack specific racial genetic characteristics such as Caucasion, Oriental, Negro and Semites. (there is no genetic difference between Arabs and Semetic Jews)

I can not honestly say if this evil research has been totally successful.

No radar will ever be able to lay the blame on who released the weapon. It will never be proved. As such it is the most sought after weapon on earth.
