Republicans Should Support Gay Marriage?

Well, according to this blog, anyway. Now, I definitely don't think this will happen any time soon (if ever), but it's a neat piece that shows Republican hypocrisy. From the article:

The Republican Party has framed itself as a party that supports individual decision-making. Well, gay marriage falls under that. The Republican Party frames itself as traditional. Well, it seems like homosexuality has been around forever and has been practiced in every society, so how much more traditional can you get?

Now let me ask you guys, let's push the realm of possibilities out the window here and say Repubs (the majority, at least) will accept gay marriage. How long do you think that will take?

10 years? 25 years? 50 years? Long enough where we'll all be dead by then? What do you think?
