My LTTE response to freeper letter
Edited on Thu Mar-25-04 01:51 PM by proud patriot
(freeper letter)
Proud of Bush

In response to **** * ******* Feb. 12 letter on President Bush's ads, I believe they are appropriate. John Kerry is doing the same with his Pearl Harbor ads. Both of these dreadful things happened to all Americans, including our children.

I ask her, is it too much to explain to her children what happened on 9/11? It certainly could have happened in her backyard. I also believe it is important to explain that Bush and our brave troops have prevented more attacks.

Think about the wars that Clinton started, which had nothing to do with our safety. What would it be like if the man who invented the Internet were president? My neighbor and I were talking and he said Al Gore would have asked for a group hug.

Gore would have done nothing. I am proud of our leader. He is the best and a wonderful example to all nations. Stand up and show support for President Bush. Ignore the mega-rich people such as Gwyneth Paltrow, who called Bush an embarrassment to this country. Rather, it is the bleeding-heart liberals who embarrass this country.

My response I just submitted :

Proud American Patriot

Response to ***** ******'* letter "proud of bush" on 3/25/04
I support the 911 victims families' search for truth. The government
Failed the American people before and on 911 . Let the cards fall
where they may so we can figure out what went wrong and fix those
problems . Bush and Rice refuse to testify publicly under oath before
the Sept 11th commission, but Gore and Clinton will testify.

Sally can't back up her accusations like "Gore would of asked for a
group hug". Gore would have invaded Afghanistan put all resources
into fighting terrorism. Unlike bush he would not of held up resources
from Afghanistan to invade Iraq . We are now Bogged down in Iraq with
180,000 troops there, and only 11,000 in Afghanistan .

Bush is weak on terror. He appeased osama by removing
Troops from Saudi Arabia and played right into osama's rhetoric by
invading Iraq thus creating more terrorists .

I will never forget 911 , Rudy helped this country that terrible day . Nor will
I forget how bush sat reading a story about a goat for 25 minutes while
Americans burned . Bush uses 911 hero's courage as if it were his own ,
when he ran and hid on 911.

1. Great reply.
But I wonder if it got through Great Patriot's thick head -- um...probably got through it, but didn't rest in any of the thinking areas.

3. Excellent
great letter - glad to hear those encouraging comments from the mother of a vet.

DON'T let them take a picture of your house! The freeper types are going wild with fear - you know how they are flaming out here, things will get ugly as they realize how horribly wrong they have been.

8. Wonderful!
I salute you for the courage to take her on, even though it may be impossible to re-program her. The truth still has to come out. Beautifully put. I am glad you mentioned those things about Saudi Arabia and Iraq. This is my favorite part - "Bush is weak on terror. He appeased osama by removing Troops from Saudi Arabia and played right into osama's rhetoric by invading Iraq thus creating more terrorists."

9. Excellent letter...
I hope that the memories of those that were burned and crushed on that awful day, are held in high esteem, and not used for political purposes, as bush is doing.

I am in Nebraska, and I felt a deep sense of shame when the President of the United States came to Offutt AFB and hid in a bunker. Only once before, has an American president shown such cowardice, but the British were entering Washington when James Madison took off. In fact, if it weren't for Dolly, many of the treasures we hold dear would have gone up in flames that day.

Lincoln, standing on the parapets of DC watching the Confederate advance. FDR remaining in the WH even though he was told it could/would be attacked; refusing to have the mansion camouflaged. Both Johnson and Nixon staying in the WH while DC was going berserk over Vietnam.

Then we have bush....who says he would like to emulate TR, right. Would TR have gone into hiding?

There were 2 places bush could have gone that day, NYC and DC, he went to neither, he is a coward, always has been, always will be.
