10. Attorney General Alberto Gonzales ordered manuals used by the Asset Forfeiture and Money-Laundering

Section of the Criminal Division (Alice S. Fisher's "domain") DoJ to be destroyed in 2006. DoJ also ordered libraries to destroy similar manuals in 2004.

Researcher Michael Ravnitzky filed FOIA requests and the manuals were released to him in 2006. Russ Kick's The Memory Hole.com archived them.

What a "coincidence" that the Fed stopped publishing the M3 aggregate in March 2006, huh? Kind of hard to follow the money trails of criminal networks when your tools and guides are unavailable, as per "policy".
