Section of the Criminal Division (Alice S. Fisher's "domain") DoJ to be destroyed in 2006. DoJ also ordered libraries to destroy similar manuals in 2004.
Researcher Michael Ravnitzky filed FOIA requests and the manuals were released to him in 2006. Russ Kick's The Memory Hole.com archived them.
Justice Dept: 2006 Forfeiture and Money-Laundering manuals
http://thememoryhole.com/doj/2006_manuals.htmWhat a "coincidence" that the Fed stopped publishing the M3 aggregate in March 2006, huh? Kind of hard to follow the money trails of criminal networks when your tools and guides are unavailable, as per "policy".
Then there's the systemic withholding/destruction of potential evidence-even when it belongs to we, the people. Take the White House E-mail system. Here's a few DoJ related links about that.

"More Evidence of Pre-9/11 Inside Trading: Follow the Money? God forbid.
Why was the cashing out of billions of dollars just before 9/11 never investigated?"
