Here is the proposed text for section 8 of the bailout bill being considered by congress. I find it quite disturbing.

Decisions by the Secretary pursuant to the authority of this Act are non-reviewable and committed to agency discretion, and may not be reviewed by any court of law or any administrative agency.

I've already contacted by congressmen and expressed my concerns. I'd suggest others consider similar action if they feel the same way
