Actual Search Warrants and Items Seized in Twin Cities raids
Twin Cities Indy media has obtained the search warrant served at 3240 17th Avenue South today. It includes the log of items actually seized. The 1st part is what they think they are going to fins and the hand-written part is what they actually found.

Dam I love the internet!

3. Oh, god
Not the dreaded curtain rods! Oh, yeah, I remember they can be dangerous in the wrong hands. My mom used to beat us with them when we were kids. Good thing there were not any, Hot Wheel, tracks laying around posing a threat.

6. They didn't find anything listed on the warrant
and stole a bunch of stuff that wasn't, like the computers.

There is a lawsuit in this one.

This was a fishing expedition by a bunch of paranoid freaks who believed all the tall tales about Chicago 1968.

I didn't see money and "propaganda" in it, though.

I'm no lawyer, though. I must say that.

8. keep saying 'propaganda' and slanting the items to look scary
and doing it on purpose - especially when they say 'propaganda banner' vs. banner. Takes more time to write the word out, but they want to make it seem 'spooky'. The search warrant may as well have said 'anything you want to take' - the minute they say 'notes' and 'paint', you know this is a set-up to stop free speech.

This was a total scam - I hope the lawyers make soooooo much money on that stupid county - and those people who were harassed as well. I wish them well.

btw, in case sometimes they seem out of control... this is why we have lawyers people.

Ever wonder why they are attack dogs - well, look at the alternative.

10. Monica Bicking a Quaker.. nonviolent
Minneapolis/St Paul citizens better start calling their council people to demand Bob Fletcher stop the intimidation tactics of the twin cities is going to be full of lawsuits.

Not only is young Monica Bicking a pacifist.. she freaking organzied the 1st Eyes Wide Open with the surplus combat boots that represented the soldiers killed in Iraq.

So they arrested, detained, harassed, sladered a non-violent pacifist who honors the fallen troops.

14. Seriously looks that they may have lied under oath.
Did they contend that the items were stolen and or embezzled?

The judge also allowed warrant on terms of cloth being an illegal item.

What crime had been committed that makes their contention true.

This could be a real problem here.
