WSJ today. Who writes this stuff?
Actually, it's their "OpinionJournal" propaganda, but it is one of the worst pieces of trash I had read from them. The story is on the Republicans stealing confidential memo's from Democrats on the Judiciary Committee computers. The "family values" Journal argues that it wasn't theft at all - it was what was in the memos!!! Forget that silly investigation. A bit of bait and switch right at the beginning.

Then, scroll to the bottom and click on "Read Responses" and read some of them. A couple of them are pretty good. The rest...well, let's just say they never got beyond the cover of a good civics book..or Bill Bennett's either (of course, Bill just copied other peoples work and stuck it in his own book).

1. of course they do
they're ends guys, to them the ends justify the means. the PATRIOT act is ok, because the ends are noble, screw the damage done by the means. same difference here.
