Top 15 Reasons Why Bush Will Veto Congress’s Iraq War Spending Bill
President George W. Bush has vowed to use his veto power for just the second time on the war spending bill ratified last Tuesday by Congress. The President’s main reason for vetoing the bill is that it would ask for a timetable for withdrawal if certain benchmarks aren’t met by the Iraqi government. But President Bush has other reasons for vetoing the bill. What are they?
