WASHINGTON -- Three terrorism suspects being detained at Guantanamo Bay in Cuba may soon go on trial in military tribunals.

In some ways, the United States will be on public trial on how it handles these cases. The world will be watching.

they are just accepting that these are enemy combattants, in violation of international law, and let us keep questioning them incessantly and try them, as long as we don't kill them??

And about those 34 Afghanis they just let loose...They were abducted from their country, hooded and shackled, kept for months without a hearing or attorneys, now we just let them loose because they were innocent and shouldn't have been there in the first place...just like all the rest of them...they are POW'S unless a proper court declares them enemy combattants...

I AM SICK AT HEART THAT OUR BELOVED UNITED STATES IS ACTING THIS WAY.
