HuffPo: Here's What History Actually Shows Us
Here's What History Actually Shows Us
Robert J. Elisberg

Okay, so this is the first war in American history where you need a theater program to explain it. Let's see if we can get it straight:

We went to war to fight the Taliban who harbored the 9/11 al Qaeda terrorists.

But then we shifted the war to Iraq, because they had WMD's which posed an imminent threat to the United States.

But no WMD's were found, so it turns out we actually went to war to overthrow Saddham Hussein and bring freedom to Iraq, thereby Accomplishing the Mission.

But the Mission wasn't actually Accomplished, so the reason we were in Iraq was to put down insurgents from reclaiming the country.

2. Could be Bush just likes war. Who with, he does not care.
After all no one is going to get to him in his bubble. He starts it and sits back and has his show. I bet he was hoping jumping on his 'white horse' he would look the hero. Second rate job from a second rate man. and it looks like the Tali ban has as much power or almost as much as before we went in. All a waste of time on our part and death to many where we went.

5. He does seem to tack money on to power and God
You know you must be Godly if your rich and it is good for power but on the whole he does not seem to buy anything but power with the money he gets. Power and glory seem to be what he is into.

6. Rich people
can never have enough money or power - Godly has nothing to do with it - God is a feint for hte here and now and a hedge for the hereafter.

7. They tack God onto making money, God is good to you.
I have met people who told me God loved them so that is why they make money. It is an old thing used with capitalists. Holy books are knows to be read as one wants to make what you do seem right.
