Apple Shareholders Sue Apple
Apple shareholders sue Apple

Apple shareholders have filed suit against the company, in the latest development of the options furore.

The shareholders claim Apple’s CEO Steve Jobs and other Apple executives, changed their option-grant dates to reap "millions of dollars in unlawful profits," and filed "false and misleading statements" with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, according to a Bloomberg News report.

Nasdac has threatened to remove Apple from the stock exchange if the company fails to submit its latest financial report that will explain the reasons for the errors in options accounting.

Apple’s shareholders are likely to lose out if the company is delisted from the stock exchange.

1. Nasdaq has been pulling this "delisting " crap on several co's
They will never delist Apple. Apple would move to another exchange if that happened and Nasdaq doesn't want to lose premier names like apple. This is all just a scare game designed to move the price up and down for the benefit of the insiders.

The whole options granting scandal appears to be affecting many companies. They tried to scam the system after the rules were changed to make options granting more expensive, and got caught. They will pay their costs in reduced stock prices and fees and move on to another scam to increase executive pay without being obvious about it.

2. So much for being a Blue company...
I like the iTunes service and I've warmed up to the Macbooks, but when Blue turns to Green, I feel like they tinkled on me with their Yellow...
