Or more like "Oh, snap!"
Allen, a child of Southern California privilege, has transformed himself into a cowboy-boot wearing snuff dipper with a curious ardor for the Confederacy.
His former collection of Confederate flags, his issuance as governor of a reverential Confederate History Month proclamation and his opposition as a state delegate to a Martin Luther King Jr. holiday had already convinced some folks that Allen has a heart of darkness.
The latest storm makes one wonder how someone with Allen's background can be so insensitive. His mother hails from Tunisia, in North Africa. Perhaps Allen could stake a claim as Virginia's first African-American senator.
Allen's record of racial and ethnic insensitivity leaves him unfit to lead the real Virginia, much less the real America.
