From the "Israel to Lebanon" site, the recent massacres at Qana:
















Israel carried out a similar attack on Qana in 1996, killing civilians hiding in a bomb shelter,
mostly old men, women, and children. Israel boasts of its ability to carry out targeted killings
with pinpoint accuracy - so is this what they want? To wipe out the children?

1. Wiping out the children is genocide

As is their attacks of women of child bearing age. They've made their message known, loud and clear.

Jerusalem reports that while Israelis were briefly shocked by such images, they have since got over this "weakening" of their resolve and are again committed to continuing the "war" as long as possible.

3. The cause is Hezbolla...

...if Hezbolla would not launch rockets filled with ball bearings that indiscriminately kill Israeli children within the civilian population, these kids would be alive today. If Hezbolla did not commit war crimes, these kids would be alive. If Hezbolla were not cowards who's only tactic is to shoot a rocket and hide behind a family of non-combatants, these children would be alive.

How about picture of the innocent Jewish mommies and their babies blown to bite sized chunks by these murderous thugs? Hezbolla is the cause. These pictures are the result. If you want to pick a fight, don't complain when someone fights back.

6. Would you accept that reasoning from the PLO, Hezbollah, or al Qaeda?

Even the 9/11 hijackers could hide behind the figleaf that they were targeting the brokerages and corporations that demand the oppression of their people or that with 3,000 casuaulties, there was sure to be some soldiers in there and everyone else is just collateral damage. Or they could even say that they wanted us to blame our government and their foreign policy which is close to what the Israelis are saying.

We would find that argument for an attack on us or Israel morally repugnant. Why is it less so because the people doing the killing are from a race and religion we find more familiar and the victims those we find less so.
