I wish the writer had included chapter and verse on this claim, 'cause I've sure never heard of it before. Besides that, existing huge numbers of very intelligent athiests and agnostics and people who do not believe in the fundie-Christian God would seem to be ample proof against it.

11. I would say your not very familiar with the Bible

It says many silly things, yes even the New Testament. This is from the NT 2 Thessalonians 2:10-12

"10 And with all deceivableness of unrighteousness in them that perish; because they received not the love of the truth(note: in context, and looking at the Greek, this would mean, the truth taught by Christians about God and Christ) that they might be saved. 11 And for this cause God shall send them strong delusion, that they should believe a lie: 12 That they all might be damned who believed not the truth, but had pleasure in unrighteousness."
